A Tuesday

I read a quote on Facebook that said, "Was it a bad day? Or was it a bad five minutes that you milked all day?" Today, a Tuesday, we have had multiple five minutes, and they have most definitely been milked.
I also read somewhere, that this is the point in Oliver's life where our tiny human begins to categorize things, begins to understand the difference in things. As a parent it is fun watching him discovering new things, and to take in this big world. His little finger is constantly pointing and touching old and new objects; the look on his face so contemplative and thoughtful.
Now back to milking the day full of five minutes. Oliver was just not having it today. It started off well enough, but as the day went on he was just not happy. Tiny human just wanted to be held, or have me right next to him. The moment I would leave the room, the waterworks would commence. There were some intense tears going on. Distance has now been categorized. So now that, that has officially been recognized this Tuesday of five minutes has been put to the past. Wednesday you may now come.
